Harris’s POV
I glanced at Katrina who was sleeping peacefully on the bed.
After an eventful evening, I was tired and wanted to as well. I kissed her face and looked at her beautiful face in admiration.
I stretched my hand and caressed her cheeks, but she shifted a little dodging my hand as if I was disturbing her.
I smiled and took her night gown from beside me and put it over her head then I kissed her forehead.
“Kaaaa!”
I heard a strange sound coming from the other side of the house and stood up immediately to check and make sure everything was in good shape.
I followed the sound and it only led me to a group of stray cats by the side of the house, other than that, there was nothing else causing suspicions.
