Katrina’s POV
Harris was mercilessly beating several hanged thugs with hot leather whips.
There were splatters of blood on the floor and a few on his clothes. Although this was very brutal, we did not pity the Rogues because they also didn’t pity the innocent.
They attacked innocent people including pups, our streets were now utterly destroyed because of these evil people.
They were lucky enough we didn’t use hot metals on them, it would have been more cruel.
