Chapter 13“This diner is crowded,” Anson said as he and Peter were walking deeper into the diner after they had spotted an empty table in the farthest corner of the establishment. “Is it always like this?” “I believe so,” Peter replied, and he and Anson sat on the chairs before picking up the menus that had been left on the side of the table. “I ate here nearly every day when I was a part of the filming crew for a different movie several months ago. At the time, breakfast hours weren’t bad at all, but during lunch and dinner, being able to get a table was like winning the lottery.” “Damn!” Anson exclaimed while chuckling softly. “Did you come here alone? Or with some of the other crew members?” “Both.” Just then, a female server approached the table and introduced herself as Georgina.
