Raquel’s pov
After my welcome to the Moonlight Pack party, I decided that I was best off staying in my room all of Sunday to build my resolve back up, ready to face the pack stronger the next day. I just didn’t have the strength to listen to everyone talking about my relationship status.
I didn’t see Danielle or Xavier at all, I guess he was making sure he monopolised her time, so she didn’t have any spare to see me. Although I would have loved to see her and Xavier if he got that stick out of his a.ss, a quiet day was what I needed.
Feeling strong and sure of myself again, I got up early on Monday morning, grabbed a shake for some energy, and made my way to the training area. Xavier was nowhere to be seen, but Danielle was front and centre ready to go.
