My confession of love was so sudden that it even shocked me, it just came out with no warning. Never the less, I knew that I meant what I said. I loved Claire, she was my mate, and I just wished so badly that I could get to meet her. I wanted to show her how happy I could make her, and how she deserved so much more.
My wolf had been furious at me for weeks, snapping at me all the time, even when I was doing something as simple as taking a shower.
