Avery had breakfast with his twin at Evan and Amy’s condominium that overlooked Lake Erie. Avery knew the couple had spent more than four hundred thousand dollars on the place. The condominium had a Jacuzzi on the deck, an entertainment room with a wall-sized television, and a home gym that Evan used every other day or when he wasn’t busy at his law firm. Evan proved that he had become monetarily comfortable. Lawyers weren’t cheap by any means, and he had the house, car, and bank account to prove it.
