They’d met in a bar, and it had been f**k at first sight.
Eli would like to claim it was all eyes meeting across a crowded room, and that intense gaze luring him in, but in fact, Rob had started it. The first Eli knew of the man’s existence on the face of the earth was the heavy hand on his hip and the body grinding up against his arse. He’d offered a drink; Eli had downed half of it, towed the hulk into the bathrooms, and blown him in one of the cubicles.
Only after, wiping his mouth on the back of his wrist, had Eli looked up and seen those incredible grey-white eyes.
“See you ‘round, babe,” the man had grinned, tucking himself in and bending to roughly kiss Eli. And then he’d been gone.
