Rose was the last person I expected to see at the banquet. I was so shocked when she kissed me, I didn't react right away. By the time I gently pulled her off, I noticed Catalina was looking away. I didn't want to have this conversation with Rose here, I didn't want to embarrass her. I was trying to think of a way out of this awkward situation when Catalina got up and rushed out.
