It has been a month since I told Hayley, I would take the house, 36 Edinburgh Avenue, there was a couple of conditions along with the house which confused me at first, but it was going in my favor, so I did not question it and I let them happen, the first condition was I had to let the previous owner of the house complete work to the garden with my in out of course as I would be the new home owner, at their expense and the 2nd condition would be that the previous owner would knock off 30% providing I let him see the house after a year of me being in it, and the 3rd condition was I had to use the same contractors as the previous owner when building the extension I wanted, it was so strange, but I didn’t think anything of it and signed on the dotted line.
