I planned to surprise Amelia today and pick her up after school with her mom.
But I also needed permission from Sophia to drop her off after work. I wasn’t sure she would accept but I still had to ask.
I was in deep thoughts about how to go about it as I walked to my office. I wondered if I was to go into her office and ask her or call her in to my office and ask her.
So, I didn’t even notice her walking behind me. I was taken unaware but I guess I could just ask her now since she was here in my office already.
