“What do I do now?” I wonder.
Yesterday, while we were busy selecting the wedding dresses. I had gotten a mail from the company. I found out that I was included in the staffs that the company laid off.
I have put in all my effort into the company and that was not because I was forced to but because I was being paid to work. Also because I had to earn a living for I and Amelia. I was always diligent in my work and so I wonder why they could even think of firing me.
I had left Amy and Amelia last night when Amy suggested we watched TV because I wanted space to call Jane and ask if there was anything that could be done about it but she insisted that it wasn’t in her place to reverse or plead on my behalf.
