Sophia’s POV
“Stay in the car while I go in with them and see what happens. I will be right back,” Sean tells me as he goes into the police station as per the police man’s request to come with him.
I just nod as I sit down in the car.
Everything happening was so still shocking to me. It suddenly felt like I was in a movie. This was almost same as a movie I watched sometime ago where a sister hated on the other because she was adopted by her parents. She felt that her parents love had been taken away from her ever since she was brought into their lives.
Well, at least the girl in question knew that she was adopted. On my own part, I had always taken Chloe as my sister and I never knew that she had such deep resentment towards me and had just been putting up with me all this while.
