Jake’s POV
I had just arrived at the building and now, I was discussing with the client who was sharing with me how much he loved the building and was ready to purchase it. My secretary was taking not of some adjustment that he wanted as well.
“Thank you so much for contacting us and also for your patronage,” I say to him as I shook his hands. I see him off to his car and watch him leave then I speak about a few things with my secretary before I finally decide that it was time I went back home.
Then, my secretary reminded me that I still had to check a few things in the apartment close by which I had stated interest in. As you might have discovered by now, I deal in real estate even though that’s partly what I do.
This building was a six- storey building and it was a walk-up apartm
