EPISODE 2

It's been seven years, but Harry's memories of Elise are still vivid from when they first met and got to know each other. When they first met, he gave it to him. "Can you tell me who you are?" I approached the woman after Manang had been left alone. His roommate and sole caregiver. "My name is Mary Elise Madrid," was the startling response to her question. “What is your goal?” “Why are you here and going to my house?” I specifically asked the girl, who appeared even more nervous. Her fast, repetitive breathing caused a strong nervousness on her face. "I'd like to ask you about your collision with my Father," Elise replied simply. I remember how it looked when I heard what he said about its purpose and why he went to the house where I was at the time. I could see the frown on my face as a result of the anger I heard. “Isn't it obvious to your Mother that I'm not obligated to pay for your Father's surgery?” Harry became enraged and yelled at the woman in front of him. "Have mercy, my father is the sole provider for our family, so I beg you, Mr. Salvador, assist my Father." Harry smiled when he heard what the daughter of the man he allegedly ran into said. "You're not going to get anything, so leave," he yelled again as he sat down. However, the woman quickly knelt and asked for assistance. "MS. Madrid," he exclaimed as he knelt suddenly. "Stand there, Ms. Madrid," I said again. "Stand there from your knees." “Don't kneel in front of me,” I told the woman on her knees who had begged me to help her father. "Then what can I do, Mr. Salvador?" I could tell she was worried about her father by the look on her face. "All I can do is help my Father!" Her tears were already streaming down her cheeks. "Just tell me, I will, just help my Father," she sighed again. "Are you able to do what I want?" She raised her head and looked at me. "Just tell me what you want, and I'll do it." "Just help my Father, I will do everything," she said, trembling with fear. "Yourself," I exclaimed unequivocally. I stopped thinking and approached him to see if she would accept my offer in exchange for the assistance she requested. I was astounded to see that she was still considering what I was offering in return. So I said it again, "One night, beside me, with me in exchange for the money you need for your Father." I saw her eyes widen again as a result of what I said and offered. “Think carefully, if this is okay for you. I'll give you what you want," I said, then turned away. I looked out the window and thought about my offer in exchange for assisting her father, who needed surgery. It remained motionless and unresponsive to my offer. I'm looking out the window, waiting for her response to my offer. But after a few minutes, I still had not received a response from her. So I spoke up once more, saying, “Don't worry, I have a word for you." “In exchange for your decision to seek my assistance, I will keep my promise." “If you don't like my offer, you can leave,” I sighed. “Come out, my bedroom door is open" I gave her the order. To see how she would react to what I said again. "OK, I agree," I said without hesitation. My heart is pounding too loudly. I'm not sure where I got the courage to respond and agree to its wishes. I'm not sure if I should laugh at myself for making the decision I did. "You're body," he said, "and he said he wanted my body in exchange, one night next to him and with him." Oh my goodness! "I can't imagine that's what he'll ask in return." "It's great that we understand each other," he said again. My sigh was followed immediately by another. I had no idea where my pride landed before I made my own decision. I'm not putting in a lot of effort to get into this situation. But I didn't have a choice, I couldn't help but think of Dad. "What if Father dies simply because I follow my pride?" "Is it like you go to sleep one night and when you wake up nothing comes back?" Now I don't have to be concerned about the weight on my chest because I can also save Dad. "I won't do it" if I'm not thinking about Mom or the cost of Dad's surgery. When I stared at it while talking someone on the cellphone, I was even more nervous. After I accepted his offer, he stared out the window until his cellphone rang. Those incidents continue to haunt Harry and Elise. None of them have been silenced by the past. They were carried back and forth for nearly seven years without a day or an hour, and that thing still haunts them. "That's enough, Elise." Mentally, Bea disobeyed Elise. "OK, and I'll wake up the twins so they can eat breakfast." Elise was left once more. As Harry continues to ruminate on their shared history. "Don't say you're still going back to what happened to you seven years ago, Dude." "I'm not sure, Dude, the events are still fresh in my mind," I replied to Bricks. "That woman had a big influence on you," he says, laughing. "But why don't you look for him?" he jokes. "At long last, you're back!" I smiled "Isn't it, you said she was in Manila?" Bricks inquired. When Bricks looked at me, I remembered what had happened seven years before. When I awoke, I was reminded of my recollection of the day's events when Elise abruptly vanished beside me. After she preached to me and disobeyed me, I thought we were fine. Before succumbing to drowsiness and falling asleep, we even laughed while joking while talking. According to Manang, she noticed Elise leaving the house around six o'clock in the morning. She didn't even say goodbye, but I later learned that she had gone to the hospital after what had happened to the two of us. A week later, after I was relieved of my work piles. I considered going to the hospital to see the father of Elise, the person I had hit and operated on. "Good Afternoon," I said as I entered Elise's father's room. Elise's father, who was eating his lunch at the time, even looked at me. "Can you tell me who you are?" I even heard him ask me, "Harry," to which I replied. "How are you doing?" I even asked when I noticed him wondering, a trace on his face that reminded me of who I was. I even said, "I'm sorry." "Have we ever met?" After considering who I am, the questioner stated. I smiled first and replied, "Not yet." "Is that so?" it even scratched the embarrassed's head. When the door opened and Elise's mother emerged, she was taken aback and smiled as she said, "You're Mr. Harry." Elise's father was staring at us, and his wife was speaking two. "Did you happen to happen to pass by?" She inquired as I turned to face her and we began talking. “All I'll do is greet your husband." “Is he in good health?" I was the one who asked the question. "Yes, he is fine right now, thank you for your help." Elise's mother intervened. Later, her husband joined in and responded to our conversation with Elise's mother. "Oh, Mr. Harry, thank you very much!" I even broke out in a wide grin. "My life was saved because of you," he said again in his dramatic speech. “It's also my fault, I should just do what's right, but thank your daughter. I might not have agreed to assist you if she hadn't approached me." I responded and informed the couple. I knew I was taking advantage when their daughter approached me, but I chose to keep their daughter's experience a secret. I noticed they were both surprised and looked at each other before turning to face me. "I'm sorry about our daughter," Elise's father said. "Oh yes, Mr. Harry will you forgive our daughter first," Elise's mother said, “She's concerned about her father." "It doesn't matter anymore, what matters is that your husband's surgery went well," I said to the two of them, to Elise's mother, who still seemed ashamed of what her daughter had done. "Thank you, Mr. Harry," they said, forcing a smile as they remembered what their daughter had done. "It's gone," I said. “Our daughter is actually very nice. My wife and I are so fortunate to have been blessed with a child like Elise," said the Father once more. “My husband is correct, Mr. Harry. Elise is a wonderful child. She is always thinking of us, her family. Her father, in particular, always expresses a desire to assist because he is the only one who keeps us alive and works for our family." I could still feel her deep, powerful breath. Her expressions were solemn, as if they were saddened by the mention of their daughter Elise. "Why do you appear to be sad in your eyes?" I'm just curious why they seemed depressed about their situation when their daughter was mentioned. Elise's father was the first to notice me, but her wife explained, "Our daughter went to Manila to further her education." My chest thumped violently. At that point, the pounding in my chest became more intense, and I failed. I was also sad because the reason for my visit was no longer present, so she left and went to Manila to continue her studies. "She's just leaving now, it's a pity you haven't caught up with her yet." His father spoke once more. "Elise has left and gone to Manila," I whispered quietly. Many more stories were told to Elise by her parents. The compliments Elise received from her parents. It aided me in getting to know her even better. They only had two children, Elise's younger brother and the daughter they mentioned, Elise. Before leaving the hospital, I said my goodbyes to her parents. I offered them assistance because Elise's mother mentioned that she wanted to be able to build her store in order to help with their family's day-to-day expenses. When I told the couple that I would give her money to invest and also help Elise's father with his needs while he was recovering, they were overjoyed. "Where can I look for her in this huge city of Manila?" I yelled at him. "Given the size of Manila, it will definitely be difficult for me to see her," I exclaimed once more, remembering our past with the woman I met, Elise. “Dude, the world is small,” Bricks laughed. “It's impossible for the two of you not to meet into each other." He smirked at me and returned his attention to the new wine he was sipping. "In the small world, Dude, trust me, you will definitely meet," he said again and again. Bricks has a point, and he's correct that there's a chance I'll see her. If it is fate that the two of us meet, it is a testament to the smallness of the world. "Why not? It's possible we'll run into each other twice." Again, I thought in hushed tones. I assumed I had Elise's full name. I took up the phone on the table and dialed the number for the detective I knew. But then Bricks spoke up again. "Dude, come with me," he said, and he was with me because I had no idea where he wanted to go or why he wanted to come with him. "Where is it?" I asked, turning to face him and handing the cellphone. "Let's have a bar," he said, still laughing and sipping wine from the glass in his hand. He was looking at me and waiting for me to respond. "I'm tired, Dude," I said when I got my cellphone, which I had tried to get. "Please come with me, Dude. I haven't seen you in a long time since you left and flew to America." Bricks pleaded, mentioning that I had been missing for a few years. "I'm getting tired, go say hello to Jonathan." I informed him. Jonathan is another close friend of ours. Tropa, we were still in college when we went to school. He owns the Best Friend Bar, which Bricks wishes to visit. In addition to being our business partner, I own 40% of the bar and 60% with two of my other friends. Jonathan and Bricks "All my nefarious friends are Jonathan San Gabriel and Bricks Garcia." When I suddenly remembered some of the two's antics, I smiled a little. After class, the three of us prefer to congregate at the bar. They met two women again and nearly destroyed the three of us. They arrived at the hotel to check in, and after an hour, Bricks knocked and punched. The women who were with us were mercilessly beaten by the men. We called security to come to our aid because we were terrified. We have never returned to the bar where we used to hang out since those events. After graduation, the two of us decided to open our own bar, which became the BEST FRIEND BAR. We were able to construct our own bar. And Jonathan is in charge, as is Bricks, who also runs our bar. I, on the other hand, considered starting my own business. Sofia's Restaurant is my own venture separate from my family's. I come from a wealthy family that owns an International Multi-Corporation and the JBS Bank. My parents' business assists a few people who have the potential to start their own businesses. They lend to people, buy failing businesses, and assist people who are suffering as a result of business losses. My parents' business is run by small entrepreneurs or well-known people in the business industry, and my family is well-known. That's why I went to America when my family unexpectedly called me to assist them with some business issues. I also lost seven years in the Philippines after returning to the US seven years ago to resolve some issues with my parent's company. The culprit was apprehended after I solved everything. All of the company's issues have been resolved. My parents eventually agreed that I could return to the Philippines to run my business. Sofia's Restaurant was my own creation, built with everything I had saved and earned at the Best Friend bar that my friends and I ran. Bricks also assists me in running Sofia's. He was my right hand man, coworker, and occasionally secretary, but he was the only one who almost worked on my business. So when I vanished and went to America, Bricks took care of everything. "What are you going to do, dude?" Bricks inquired. He even placed his glass on the table before standing in front of me. He even stretched his face while raising both arms on the table. "Dude, you're bad," the one who teased me said again, winking at the same time. "How is Sofia's restaurant doing?" I stayed away from what Bricks said. Bricks had calmed down. “Dude, you just got here, your ass isn't getting hot from sitting. It's a job that immediately comes to your mind, so why don't we go out and have some fun first?" He said it again in response to my question. “I'm not in the mood to go anywhere right now. I came here for work, not to hang out at the bar." With a smirk, I said. In contrast to his response, "What are you doing at home?" Bricks scowled. He laughed and smiled at my question. "I'm going to work, I have a lot more to fix than I did before I came out and joined you at the bar." In response, I said. When the phone rang, I averted my gaze from him and focused on the cellphone I was holding, which was reading a text to me. "Who is he/she?" He asked the person who sent me a text that I was reading on my cellphone. "Nothing, just staff reports from the main branch," I explained. At the same time, I asked him, "How are the Sophia's Branches?" “Are you sure? Will you not take a break first? "You just got here, and that's exactly what you're doing," groused the moan. "Come with me," Bricks said again, this time more forcefully. "Dude, just come along and I'll give you all the reports you need," he joked. "That's how you're going to persuade me." "Do you think your nonsense will persuade me to go there?" “Don't be concerned, Dude, I'm not going to do anything stupid. Let's just go out there and unwind for a while." “All right, Dude, I just want to unwind after the amount of work I completed at Sophia's. Come first to relax and unwind with me." Bricks expressed regret. My breath caught me off guard. He paused for a moment, then spoke again, saying, "Dude, have some fun." “Have fun instead of feeling tired at your job." He looked at me, and even my reaction was pre-planned. "We are no longer children, in fact, at the age of two, you should have your own family." He stated it once more. This Bricks really put me to the test. The more I thought about what it said, the more I realized that Bricks was correct. We're both old, and at our ages, we should both have families. On the one hand, Bricks is completely correct. "We're no longer children, and we need to unwind." "It's not just about work, you should also take time to relax," he said several times. "All right, we're leaving!" I exclaimed. I informed him. "OK, but" I reminded him, "it's just for now." It also allows me to forget about the stress that has plagued me in the days leading up to my return to the Philippines. He smiled at it again and said, "Yes, Bro," Bricks said again. "You simply need to unwind and relax. You know that when we go out today to the bar, you'll meet a woman you'd like to be with" Because of my piercing stare, his speech was cut short. "Stop!" I yelled at him. "I'm sorry, Dude," He apologized. I've said it, and someone else is thinking, so I said it again, "Stop what you're thinking." "What do you recall about Clarisse?" He inquired after I had disobeyed. Back in college, the frog-like figure was one of my female classmates who tried to chase me. "What's the matter with her?" "She's so sexy and beautiful," Bricks, who was also taken aback, exclaimed. "Because she comes from a wealthy family, she can easily change her appearance. It's different now because as long as she has money, she can easily change her appearance." “You have a valid point. "If you could only see the distance between her current appearance and her former appearance, you would be amazed," he said again. Bricks and I talked about Clarisse's new look a lot more. There are numerous stories about it, with numerous changes and events surrounding my disappearance. So, after completing his story, he decided to leave us and go to the bar to see Jonathan.
