CHAPTER 44. STAY WITH ME HARA Waking up with a wince at the pricking pain from my lower abdomen, I slowly untwine my eyelashes. My blurry visions caught sight of the moonlight gleaming through the blinds. My wince grew into a painful cry. The contracting pain was killing me, and I knew I had to call the doctor or visit the hospital. It was an oh-so-familiar pain, that was the aftermath of the waistband I use to conceal my growing baby bump. It was having a greater negative effect on me, than whatever help it was designed for. Again, I shut my eyes, trying to remember how I ended up on my bed. The last thing I remembered was returning from the mall, went to grab a few things. And then the pain had hit, and I'd lost my footing. I was gonna hit the ground, but it seems I didn't. What happ
