Kam's POV
After I left the hospital, totally embarrassed, I went to the parking lot. I was cursing myself mentally the whole time I sat there in the driver's seat.
I didn't feel like going to Hua Hin anymore but then I received a call from my mother.
"You have to go there. There's a surprise waiting for you."
That's what she said soon as I told her I didn't want to go. If the surprise was P'Kiet, then I would fly my car to the beach pronto. I must have been crazy thinking of such impossible wish.
Ridiculous, right?
"Ah, fine. But I'll come back home right away. First thing in the morning."
"I doubt you will."
"What's that, mother?"
