One Week Later
Tyrell Taylor sat in his office contemplating his day’s schedule. He was supposed to take a deposition of an expert later that afternoon, but the expert had been hospitalized and couldn’t attend the deposition. Defense counsel requested a continuance of the deposition. Tyrell had no option, but agreed to curry favor with his opposing counsel. This meant that he was free for most of the day and no longer had to prepare for the deposition that morning.
