“Robin, our zoom meeting with Michelle Kaufman is scheduled right now,” John said into the speaker of his phone. “Can you come into my office?”
He clicked the link to the pre-arranged Zoom meeting. As it connected, Robin entered his office. She dragged a chair from the front of his desk to the back so that she could sit comfortably and watch the Zoom meeting together with John.
As they waited for Michelle to join the meeting, John decided that some banter was necessary. He didn’t really know Robin that well beyond the work interactions they had on the Prato case as well as other cases.
