Valerie has been showing us stuff all day, but I haven't been able to concentrate with Dante gone. The last time he left he nearly didn't come back. With that, though I internally shook my head, I made sure to pay better attention, I needed to be able to protect Dante when things started to go south, like the fates warned us it would be doing. The threat against us with Lenus and Arakas we need to beat them then life can settle down, try and find the new kind of normal now that I'm mated and well, I was now a paranormal just like Dante.
Anya seems to be doing better now. I look across at her laughing with Hailey as they are practicing moving objects across the room. I can tell she's wondering what the tension between Darius and Valerie is all about. Anyone with eyes could tell something
