Kaya’s POV The drive to their new home in London had been a blur. Kaya had leaned her head against the car window, watching the unfamiliar streets of the city flash by. The weight of everything that had happened—the broken wedding, the move—hung heavy in her chest. London. A new beginning, she thought. But even with her best intentions, she couldn’t escape the past.
