Miles Devon-dad opened the door to our apartment and walked in, dragging his suitcase behind him. Megan came out of the lift fatigued while holding her bag in her hand. I reached out to her, trying to get it. "Let me help you," I said, trying to grab it. Megan tracked it down badly and got past me, without even giving me a word as she walked into the house and left for her room. I sighed and groped my head before I came in with my duffel bag.
