Jonathan nodded as he bowed and went away . Edward laid down as he looked at the ceiling.. if Miya came innocent in this he for sure will never listen to his sister's complain towards her, but if she does not then he doesn't know how he will apologise to his sister. he clutched his chest he felt guilty for giving the investigating Miya. He sighed as he closed his as he saw two green eyes staring back at him. He doesn't know why he felt as if those green eyes filled him with energy, those eyes held confidence and pride..the holder of those eyes for sure will never lower herself in front of anyone.

He smiled a little as he slept after that green eyes gave him unknown comfort.

Bai was running towards kitchen as GangDa stopped her. He was confused why Bai was running like a mad girl towards the kitchen,the first thought that came to his mind was whether JiaLi was okay or not.

" Why are you running?"

Bai took a deep breath to calm her panting as she bowed in greetings and spoke up after GangDa acknowledged her greetings.

" Young Miss ordered this servant to bring boiling water "

GangDa nodded as he let her go on her way, he is worried about her. JiaLi did show that breaking her engagement doesn't effect her but he knows it must have hurt deeply, breaking engagement is a big deal for girls from what his mother has told him. She also haven't left her courtyard for two days now. He entered the courtyard as he was soothed by the smell of roses and lavender . Deshi was guarding her study room as GangDa arrived, Deshi bowed down to him as GangDa asked.

" What is doing inside?"

Deshi looked at the shut door as he answered.

" This servant doesn't know Young Master just that Young Miss has ordered that no one should enter until she say so"

GangDa furrowed his eyebrows as Bai came running back towards Deshi, she again bowed as Deshi opened the door and she went in. GangDa raised his eyebrows in question as Deshi smiled sheepishly and added.

" Except Bai"

GangDa sighed as he nodded and said before going back .

" Tell me when she opens the door "

Deshi nodded as he saw GangDa going back. He too want to know what is the Young Miss doing, she didn't even allow a fly enter in, Bai was only allowed today. As he was thinking he smelled a particular scent coming from the room. Deshi's expression twisted the scent was strong nothing like Young Miss liked, he got even more curious as Bai came out from the room.

" What is happening?"

Bai closed the door as silently as she could, she also didn't know what Young Miss was doing. It was confusing, the scent was very powerful yet it didn't suffocated the room even though all windows are closed.

" Don't know, Young Miss just dissolved a powder in the boiling water and drank it. She asked me to go out and wait for Young Miss to call me after that she started meditating"

Deshi frowned is Young Miss cultivating and if yes then what is the powder she drank up and why. He looked at the door as the scent was still coming out, he was worried the scent will suffocate Young Miss but controlled himself cause Bai came from the same room and was fine .

JiaLi had made powder of one-fourth petal of Qicen flower, she dissolved it in boiling water to decrease the high concentration to be absorbed by her body at once cause if does it will rot her body and might even fail her organs she has even kept emergency meds for if something went wrong. JiaLi was sweating as she saw bright golden colour light as she was about to touch it she felt heat coming out from it. She felt the burning sensation yet her hands were not burning. Her forehead and her clothes were now drenched with sweat yet her eyes were closed, her cheeks and her face were red as a rose. JiaLi took a deep breath as she walked forward and garbed the source of light, she felt as her hands were on fire yet she didn't leave it. The light was taking its time to be absorbed, it took almost an hour as the light vanished inside her body. Her body had smoke coming out from it, she panted as she went on her knees her body was on high temperature.

Deshi's body stiffened as he looked at the closed door very high energy was coming from the door. Even GangDa stood on his way, he looked back as he ran towards the study room, this energy is very high as if someone has just skipped many levels at once. JiaLi opened her eyes as she stood up weakly, she wobbled as she was about to fall she was saved by GangDa who came just in time to save her. GangDa didn't care about the thing that JiaLi had said no one should enter, he just shoved Deshi out of the way cause he felt it in his heart that his little sister needs him.

JiaLi looked up as she looked up seeing GangDa's worrying eyes looking at her pitiful state, even though she has break through a whole martial state and has become from Zang to Martial Xang but as she has used to much of her energy she is very weak now. She hugged GangDa as she smiled lightly and closed her eyes feeling and taking all the security, love and care GangDa was giving her. She remembered how Xavier would worry like a mother hen even if she catch a little fever. She feel asleep while hugging GangDa as she lightly said.

' Elder brother, thank you for coming"

GangDa smiled as he looked at his sister and carried her to her bed room and let her sleep. He told no one to disturb her and ordered Bai to keep checking on her without disturbing her as he went away having one thing in mind.. how did JaiLi skipped whole of the martial state.
