The next couple of days fly by. I work at the diner, I come home, I work with Jay, I go home, I sleep, then I do it all again the next day. Being busy leaves me with little time to worry about much else. It also means I’m tired every day. My body is getting used to these new demands though. Sometimes I still get aches from muscles I haven’t used in years. Today even my boobs were tender. I haven’t had any more ridiculous nightmares since that one a couple of nights ago. Constantly being physically and mentally exhausted probably helps keep them at bay. After the diner today I head to Jay’s office as usual.
