Amber My stomach won’t stop churning. Alex isn’t acting like himself and driving at a scary speed through the traffic. He was always a big and scary guy, but he is colder now, more intimidating than ever. I regret picking the front seat. Why didn’t I choose to sit with Edison in the back? Alex drives past another car, and I sink into the seat, hoping I will survive the drive home. I wonder how Alex is going to treat me back at the mansion.
