Chapter 6 - Monitoring Nancy movement

1712 Words
Charles stood up from his bed, after placing Nancy's photo on the headboard, and he went into his bathroom to bathe, before he stepped out and wore his night robe and walked out to his study room to busy himself. Sleep was very far from his eyes, and he knew that he will be marrying soon, but he still needs to check his company records as he's running a multimillion-dollar company in their state. Charles took his time and did his own personal cross-checking of his company records and growth with his computer. Meanwhile, his mother, First Lady Kira Alejandro, had contacted her assistant, Miller Robert, on a phone call. "Hello, Miller." "Good evening, Your Excellency," Miller responded. "I want you to find out what this lady is up to for me. Note to keep track of her movements and send some security men to follow her about too." "Okay, Your Excellency," Miller responded. "Anything else that you need me to do?" He asked. "No, that's all. And the job starts now," First Lady Kira replied. "Okay, Your Excellency, good night," Miller spoke. "Good night too," First Lady Kira replied, and her phone call with Miller ended. She knew that she could always trust Miller to give her clean records as he has never failed her, and she sighed and finally walked out from her room on the second floor, as she went downstairs to the ground floor to welcome her husband. Although she had had her dinner with Charles, she still wanted to be with her husband and to spend some quality time with him before the night would completely fall. ***** Nancy woke up in her bedroom and feeling sour, as she dreamt about the wedding, and she indeed happily got married to Charles. And she knew that most of her dreams usually come to pass, but she frowns, as she thought of how she would escape away from marrying Charles, and also the gain if she actually agrees to marry him. "No, I cannot become Charles' wife," Nancy said, and she immediately slid out from her bed and walked to her bathroom to bathe. It was a bright Friday morning, Nancy brushed her teeth and took her bath quickly, before she stepped out and wore a black long gown. "No, let me wear a trouser and a top, so it will be easy for me to escape. But how do I do this?" Nancy frowned, as she walked to her closet and said, "Well, since the wedding is tomorrow, let me find out first if Mom and Dad have already purchased all that I will need for the wedding. As they cannot possibly purchase my wedding gown too." Nancy smirked, and she quickly walked to search her box of clothes for her travel document, and she kept everything into a small red purse. She wore only her pant and bra in her room and she contemplated on what she will wear. Nancy finally walked into her closet and she took out a blue long-sleeve top and a black long trouser, and she wore it, but the black trouser hugged tightly to her legs and brought out her sexy behind and shape. She walked to her bed to carry her red purse and she was set to leave the house, as she was already through dressing up. Nancy knew that she cannot give her family the impression that she's escaping. So she combed her long golden hair and applied a little makeup on her face, as she set to escape. She smiled in satisfaction at her reflection once more, and she stared away to her room clock and saw it was after 8 a.m. "2 hours to go," Nancy said, and she heard a knock on her room door. She walked up to her door to pull it open, and she met the gaze of a young maid that greeted her, "Good morning, my lady." "Good morning, what do you want?" Nancy asked the pretty brown-skin maid in a blue uniform as she was already leaving the house. "Breakfast is ready, ma, but I'm here to tidy up your room," The maid replied. "Okay. I'm already leaving the house now, so do it neatly and don't scatter any of my things in my room, bye," Nancy said, as she walked out from her room. "Okay," The pretty maid replied, while Nancy finally went downstairs to the living room. Nancy could see that her father had other guests around, but stealing quick glances at the guests' faces, she saw they were all elderly men like her father's age-mates, and probably his business associates. She sighed out and stepped downstairs into the living room. Not wanting to be rude to them, even as she was still pissed off with her parents' decision on having her become Charles' wife. Nancy paused in the living room and greeted her father, "Good morning, Dad, good morning, sir." "Good morning, Nancy, how was your night?" Senator Logan Marlon asked, as he smiled at his only daughter. He was seated on the living room black couch, as he was previously discussing with his business partners before Nancy stepped downstairs. And he could see the men's eyes were also smiling at Nancy, and admiring her, as the wedding is the following day. "Fine, Father, where's Mom? I want to have my breakfast first, before I leave the house, as I want to go out for some few shopping," Nancy replied, as she knew that she just returned back from City X the previous day, and some of her items in her room had finished. "That's alright, your mother is in the kitchen, Nancy," Senator Logan Marlon replied. "Okay, Dad," Nancy answered, and she was glad that her father didn't object to her leaving the house, as he's a very busy man, and he was busy with his business partners, and she knew that everything to him was business. "You have a very beautiful daughter, Senator Logan Marlon, And if President Nolan Alejandro's only son, Charles Alejandro, hasn't chosen her yet, I really would've loved to have her as my sixth wife, and is she still a virgin?" Nancy froze at the dining room, as she heard one of the elderly men seated in the living room boldly asked her father. She paused and stared back at the four men, as she felt irritated to know that the old man also had his old brown eyes on her too. Nancy met their gazes on her, but she heard her father responded, "No, Senator Leon Clayton, Nancy is too young to become as your sixth wife. And even though Charles Alejandro hasn't chosen her yet, I still cannot give my only daughter to you." Nancy sighed out in relief, and she stared at the silly old man named Senator Leon Clayton coldly. But she saw him lick his lips, and he offered, "How about I give you 30 billion cash transfer, and all my properties in Atlanta for you to allow me to have your daughter?" Nancy's eyes widened in shock at Senator Leon's offers to marry her. And she wondered how much Charles had paid to her parents to have her too, but she was interrupted by her mother that stepped out from the kitchen, while they both heard her father responded to the old man, "Don't you dare mention any further, Senator Leon Clayton.. as that's enough! Nancy is not for trade, and even though you offer me 100 billion cash transfer, I still cannot give my only daughter to you, as you're older than me and more older to be her grandfather too." "But I'm still good in bed," Senator Leon shamelessly announced, and Nancy and her mother gasped at the silly old man's shameless statement. But Senator Logan snapped, "Enough! Senator Leon Clayton, and back to our business conversation." "The business will be on hold, except you allow me to have your only daughter, instead of President Nolan Alejandro's only son. As from my findings about Charles, he is a male escort, and I'm sure that your daughter cannot stand such a childish immature man, to become as her husband. As she needs a good man like myself, to groom her well," Senator Leon spoke. "Hmm.. leave my house, Senator Leon Clayton. As I appreciate your cancellation of our business deal, but this meeting is over!" Senator Logan Marlon barked, and Nancy saw her father pointed to his living room exit door, and the other three men in black suits wanted to protest, but Senator Leon cut in, "Very well then." Senator Leon Clayton rose from the black couch to exit the living room, as his personal assistant trailed behind him, but his eyes still travelled to lingered at Nancy, where she stood with her mother, beside the dining room. Nancy felt irritated all over her body, but she was glad that her father didn't accept the silly old man's proposal, and more likely, she was surprised that Charles hadn't given her parents anything yet, for her to become a bribe. But she still didn't like Charles, and she still plots to move on with her escape plan. "You shouldn't have sent Senator Leon Clayton away, as we still need him to win the local parties," Nancy heard some of the men in black suits still seated in the living room couches spoke to her father. "I know, but this meeting has come to an end, and I made a terrible mistake by organizing it here. As the meeting will adjourned until after the presidential wedding has finally comes to an end. So see you all next weekend, in the Senate house," Senator Logan spoke, as he stood up from the black couch. All the old men in black suits had no other option than to stand up and leave the mansion. Nancy sighed with relief as she finally walked back to the dining table with her mother. The maids stepped out from the kitchen and walked up to the dinner table, serving their breakfasts around and to Nancy's view. Nancy was conscious of the time as she watched her parents finally settle on their chairs across from her, as they resume to have their breakfasts.
