Charles searched his bedside drawer for a condom to wear, to prevent Nancy from getting pregnant. Although he would have been happy to get her pregnant, that wasn't part of their agreement. So, he put on the condom first. Nancy felt ashamed seeing him bare; he was so shameless and taunted her with his huge image. She admired him and wished he was not the president's son.
She saw the star tattoo on his' chest, shining bright. She loved how neatly it was tattooed above his right breast. She stared at his left arm and saw an eagle tattoo there, while his right arm had a cross symbol tattoo.
Nancy continued to admire Charles until he finished putting on the condom. He approached her on the bed. She didn't realize how much time had passed as she spent those hours with Charles in his bedroom,
