Alex’s POV I winced as I examined my forehead in the mirror which bumped into the door jamb. Luckily, my nose, which had also been hit by the door, didn't hurt as much as my forehead which becomes swollen. "Why weren't you more cautious, Alex? You looked ridiculous in front of that arrogant man," I told myself as I stood in front of the mirror. When Uriel entered our room, I turned to face the door. I averted my gaze from him right away.
