CHAPTER 20 DANIEL PATTERSON I drove home and all I could think about was my previous encounter with Alyssa. My first encounter with her for almost four years. I didn't have any expectations for when our first meeting was going to be and so this one kind of surprised me a little bit. Who would have thought that Alyssa and I would no longer have any chance of even becoming friends because we never did become friends?
