After just one round, Geralt was declared the winner. Geralt's kick to Matt's chest sent him flying far enough for Matt to exit the cage. Matt had trouble getting up. He couldn't move his body, so he had to be carried by his friends.
Geralt celebrated by raising both hands repeatedly. The arrogance in Geralt was evident. He is like a hero who has helped people. The girls cheered for Geralt.
When Matt, who was carried by people, passed near Geralt, he stopped him.
"You can't touch my sister," Geralt said, sarcastically.
Matt couldn't accept this defeat, but he couldn't do anything about it. He had lost fairly. Geralt was tough. There was no denying that.
Clara briefly looked at Matt. She felt guilty and sorry, but honestly, she was glad that she didn't have to accompany Matt, who she thought was creepy.
"Hey, Baby. Don't worry. I can definitely take you on a date next time. I'm not afraid of your brother," Matt said.
Clara immediately shifted her body behind Geralt. Even after losing like that, Matt was still teasing Clara.
After Matt was taken away, Clara also observed her brother. She felt that what Geralt was doing was very dangerous.
"Why are you doing this?" Clara asked.
"Doing what?"
"Fighting wildly. You must know the risks. You could be injured or even die..." Clara didn't finish her sentence. Suddenly, all attention was diverted.
A beautiful woman wearing a great mini dress came over. Geralt looked at the woman with sparkling eyes. She was so beautiful with her ruddy, slightly brown skin. It was stunning. She had brown hair and eyes that were also light brown.
"Scarlett," Geralt greeted.
"Scarlett?" Clara murmured. "Pretty name."
The woman called Scarlett hugged Geralt. All the women looked envious. Even Geralt's face beamed.
"Who is she?" Clara asked Ginny, who was standing not far from her.
"Scarlett Wheels. The daughter of a wealthy official. She is Geralt's fiancée."
Clara was surprised. She had just seen Geralt kissing Ginny.
"But ... " Clara wanted to ask, but Ginny immediately embraced her.
"Don't think negatively just because of a kiss. Everyone thinks that Geralt and Scarlett's engagement is an arranged marriage. People think it has something to do with business," Ginny said. "Scarlett is perfect. But Geralt likes to cheat sometimes."
Clara shook her head. She thought Geralt was a good son of a conglomerate and obedient to his dad. In fact, Geralt's life was a mess.
Clara approached Scarlett and Geralt. She must get to know her step-brother's fiancée.
"Hello," Clara greeted. "I am Clara, Geralt's sister."
Geralt turned to Clara and suddenly put his arm around her. Of course, Clara was shocked.
"What are you doing?" Clara whispered.
"Be nice to Scarlett. She likes to snitch on my dad. You don't want your mom to know that you came to a messy place like this, do you?"
Clara gave Geralt a harsh look. Again, Geralt managed to control her.
"Oh, I saw you at Uncle Martin's wedding. But I didn't know that you were Geralt's sister. If you want to know what Geralt is like, you can ask me," Scarlett said.
"Don't be silly," Geralt replied. "I'll get to know my sister better since we live in the same house."
"Oh, really?" Scarlett looked disappointed even though she was smiling widely. Clara didn't understand why Scarlett's response was like that.
Clara tried to be friendly even though she didn't know Scarlett. Geralt then took Scarlett's hand.
"Follow me," Geralt said. He headed to the second floor.
Clara was confused when Geralt had just left. It was already late at night, and Geralt had no sign of coming home.
Clara's phone rang. It was from her mom. She immediately picked it up.
"Hey, Mom," Clara greeted.
"Where are you? Why aren't you home yet? It's past twelve!" Matty's voice sounded very worried.
"Oh, I'm having fun with Geralt, Mom. Don't worry. We'll be home soon," Clara replied.
"Go home right now. Tomorrow is your first day of classes. You'll be late!" screeched Matty.
"Alright, Mom. I'll talk to Geralt."
Clara hung up the phone. She sighed. She immediately went to the second floor. The stairs in this place were terrible because there was no handrail. The building also looked outdated. She wondered why people would gather here.
"Geralt! Geralt!" Clara called out to Geralt, but she didn't see Geralt in this place. Moreover, it was dark here. Some sofas were almost broken.
"Geralt!" Clara called out to Geralt again. This time, her voice was louder.
"Hi!" Suddenly, Scarlett appeared. She was seen tidying up her clothes.
Clara frowned. She suspected Scarlett was doing something somewhere.
"Where is Geralt?" Clara asked.
"Here!" Geralt's voice came from the window of the building. He was sitting down and relaxing. It looked like he was exhausted after the match.
"Mom asked me to go home. Take me," Clara pleaded.
"Why do I have to?" Geralt replied. "I have no intention of going home."
"Oh, come on, Geralt. Tomorrow's my first day of classes. I have to go home!"
"No!" Geralt insisted.
Scarlett saw that Clara and Geralt's relationship was not good. She took the initiative to give them time to talk.
"I'll wait downstairs," Scarlett said. "Talk to your sister, Geralt."
Geralt only replied with a smile. Clara immediately approached Geralt and sat beside him.
"Why won't you take me home? You brought me here!" Clara grumbled.
Geralt turned his head. He looked sharply at Clara. "Did I bring you here? You got on my bike yourself out of the blue, and now you want me to take you home? Don't play games with me, Little sister. You saw what it was like when Matt fought me. I can do that to you, too."
"You're going to do violence to me?" Clara screeched.
Suddenly, Geralt grabbed Clara's shoulders. He leaned his body closer to Clara until Clara was forced to step back. Unfortunately, Clara's back was caught by the sofa, so she was now stuck in front of Geralt. The distance between them was so close. Their lips were almost touching.
"Ge-Geralt." Clara's heart was beating so fast.
