Tears stream down my face not being able to stop them.
The way he spoke about me and his emotions I felt them all through the mate bond and I really can’t wait to see what our future holds together.
Unfortunately there is still the problem of my brother being extremely ill he is currently on a ventilator.
The doctor comes in. my mum and dad are asleep in the chair.
“Evelyn is there any change in his condition” I ask.
“No, sorry Luna.”
“I know this is going to be hard but it’s not looking good.”
“My colleagues and I, well uh we don’t think he’s going to make it.”
“I mean there is still a good chance he will but we just wanted you to know so you can all have a chance to say goodbye.”
I leave the room unable to stop crying and leave my mom and dad with Noah.
