It has been five and a half years since Malik rejected me. In the past five and a half years, I met up with Naomi, Layla, and Sara. I helped them form their band and even got them signed with a company. I had an acquaintance of mine look over the contract and make sure that my friends weren't going to get screwed. During that time I went to Harvard University and worked my ass off to become a Doctor. It wasn't easy being a new mom of twins and going to school, but I still did what I did to become a better person and provide for my kids.
