Only when I heard Tashim yelling did I get ripped out of my trance.
“Master!” Tashim shouted as he decreased the pace between him and Jaeden. Upon reaching his place, he immediately kneeled on the floor. He gently tapped Jaeden on his shoulders as he tried to see if the Vampire Prince was unconscious.
With wobbly legs, I prompted myself up from the ground and slowly staggered towards where they were located. In my peripheral vision, I saw Minari standing not far away from them, her hands clasped together as she stared at Tashim and Jaeden, not knowing what to do.
