I did not know why Quinn was acting as though she was just told something that should never be said. Even though I was still unsure with what the man has told me and how I was meant to tackle it, I was not going to inform her about it because it was none of her concern.
No matter how many times she tried to portray herself as the good person now, it would not change what I believed about her. She was not to be trusted for any reason. Worse, she has refused to tell me why she wanted to help me in the first place. She hated me. She did not want me to be with Alpha Tristan.
So why then would she suddenly want to know what was happening in my life? Why was she so interested in the person who wanted to help me? It was too fishy, and her attitude now only made me feel scared.
