Sin’s POV
The sun was just starting to rise in the east against the desert sand. The night’s storm left everything in a muggy haze as the rays of the rising sun danced across the roof top. Xander was still sleeping peacefully on the makeshift bed in the tower, I on the other hand always loved watching the sunrise, so I curled the blanket around me and set on the edge of the roof top watching it come up.
Last night was the most amazing night of my life, I had never felt love like that, it felt as if it was only me and Xander in this world. The sudden realization that he was leaving in a week had finally started to set in. I wasn’t sure how I was going to live the next two years without him. He is my soulmate, and I knew that now without any doubt.
