Xander’s POV
“Xander why don’t you and your father come with me. I know you have some questions, and I will answer them.” Dylan stood from the table.
“Dylan we can go to the study and speak, it is warded, and no one will bother us I assure you.” Dad said as he stood as well to lead us to his study.
I wasn’t sure exactly what all was going on, but I knew my heart was breaking in a thousand pieces right then, and my brain felt fried. I wanted to run to Sin and spend the rest of the time I had with her. I wanted to take her and run away, but I also knew there was a treaty between our families and running away with her may break it, so I would have to listen to what they said, and I would probably have to do what they said, for now anyway.
