7 She's Not the One

With a bang, he shut the door completely. The chill rose from my feet, and the panic made me feel as if my stomach had been gripped by an invisible hand. I stood still and looked into his unfriendly eyes. Those naked eyes made me feel as if my thin gray dress was about to be torn to shreds. “Now, Delia, you're not going anywhere,” Nick said with a smirk. He dropped his veneer of politeness and stuck out his tongue, licking his lips maliciously. I had looked around when he came in, and there was nothing in Bernice's room that I could use against him. I could only step back, trembling, until my back was against the wall. "Not talking?" Nick resented my silence and grabbed me by the neck. His strength was far greater than mine, and his thick palm gripped my throat tightly, and the feeling of suffocation made me groan in pain. I gripped his hand with both hands, my fingers white with force. "Let go of me." I gasped in pain. But Nick was just admiring my flushed face as his other hand moved up my calf under my dress. I kept struggling, but it only made it easier for Nick to move. His hands, like the tentacles of an octopus, began to touch me from my calves. He lifted my dress and slid his fingers over my calves, thighs, around my waistline, and finally over the softness of my breasts. His nails left a deep red mark on my skin. “I like your skin, you little b***h. You like that, too, don't you?” Nick's sticky voice lingered in my ear, and his movements became more brazen. He was literally licking me all over with his hands. As my breathing quickens and my struggle weakens, Nick rips off his shirt. "That's what I should have done last time," Nick says with a grin, finally letting go of his hand around my neck, my body slid limply down the wall, and the rush of air into my lungs made me cough and cry. "You know how much I paid for you, you little b***h," he said, raising my tearful face. He looked at me for a moment, then suddenly became angry again and shouted at me, “Stop acting! Delia, you should welcome me with a smile. I bought you from your father, do you understand?” "I, ahem, I don't understand." I curled up and folded my hands around my weak throat. I looked up at his bloodshot eyes, and the pain washed over me, “I am Alpha's daughter,” I scoffed loudly. “Even though I don't have a wolf, and I wasn't accepted by pack, I still have Alpha's blood in my veins! I am destined to be nobler than you, and you have no right to do this to me!” "b***h!" He was really provoked by me. A slap to my face, my head hit the wall, a burst of pain came, my vision instantly black, and my head experienced a brief dizziness. "I want Alpha's daughter to be my dog!" His voice exploded in my ears. I finally understood why he wouldn't give up on me. Werewolves have a strict hierarchy, but every werewolf wants to be alpha. Nick doesn't dare challenge Alpha in his pack, but if he mates with a she-wolf with alpha blood, he has a shot at the power center. So, as a girl with alpha blood but no wolf, I became his perfect prey. When I could see it clearly again, all I saw was Nick grabbing my foot and dragging me to Bernice's bed. My skirt barely covered my body, and large areas of my skin were exposed to the air. "Delia, I know what you're thinking," he said as he pulled me onto the bed. I shivered and he grinned at me. "Give up your illusions. Everyone is welcoming the Royal Prince. No one will come here. I bought you from your father with gifts for Bernice. Now, you're gonna suck up to me, and when the Prince is gone, I'm gonna take you back to my pack," He grabbed my jaw, put his finger in my mouth and played with my tongue, which only made him happier. “I'll f**k you any way I want,” I said. “I think the alpha daughter's a little bit more fun.” With a tear, my dress was completely shattered, and my naked body was completely exposed to his eyes. No! I can't let him! Why! I've been working in the pack like a maid for years. Why would anyone do this to me? Father, Bernice and Nick... Am I no better than a slave in their eyes? What did I do wrong? I stopped struggling and he became even more complacent. As he relaxed, I got up abruptly with the needle I had just taken from Bernice's dresser. The needle was not very big, but it was sharp enough, and I had five of them. As he screamed, five blood holes appeared in Nick's neck. His eyes were filled with disbelief. The pain in his neck was driving him crazy. It was the most vulnerable place for a werewolf besides his heart. I poked the needle in his neck. Nick convulses in pain. Blood gushes from his neck. He can only cover the wound. With all my strength, I kicked him in the heart. He fell on the bed. I grabbed the scarf from the bed and wrapped it around myself. I ran to the door. "I'm going to kill you!" Nick howled behind me, and his anger mixed with pain. "Want to run!? Get back here!" The growling voice made my body tingle. I speed up. I can't get caught. Nick is already pissed off at me. He never thought a loser like me, who doesn't have a wolf, could hurt him. He's going to kill me. I was weak, but I never gave up on myself. My consistent training saved my life. The door opened a second before Nick popped out of bed and grabbed me. Nick only grabbed a few strands of my hair, but I had escaped and locked the door from the outside. I braced myself against the door. His palm kept pounding on the door, making a harsh sound. Thank the Moon goddess. Mother, you must have protected me in heaven, right? I kept taking deep breaths to calm my racing heart. Nick made deep fingerprints on my feet and bright red marks on my face. Fortunately, I had a long scarf to cover myself. Do something, Delia, do something. I kept telling myself, don't just sit there, I have to find a way to save my life. I closed my eyes, my chest still heaving with tension. I thought of my father. Why? Bernice and I are his daughter. Why does he love her so much and then sell me to this asshole Nick? He must be smiling at the Prince at the party now. Bernice must have held his arm, as if they were kind father and daughter. But no one knows what they're doing in the dark? Suddenly an idea crossed my mind. The party. I know where I have to go. ………………………… An ornate hall. I found an old maid's dress and put it over me, then hid in the shadows in the corner of the first floor and watched in bewilderment. Something's wrong. The party, which was supposed to be very lively, was very quiet at the moment, and the atmosphere was so heavy that everyone was very careful. There was an invisible stiffness in the air. I was going to hide out at the party so that even if Nick found me, he wouldn't be able to do anything to me. I can guarantee my safety before the Royals leave. When the Royals and guests left my pack, I could slip away with their maids. But the party is clearly not what I expected. Everyone was sitting nervously in their seats, the servants were quietly retiring, and I had to keep myself quiet so as not to be seen. "Your Highness, what are you talking about? What do you mean you didn't get what you wanted?" The father sat at the right of a tall man with a heavy face. After a brief silence, a deep but powerful voice rang out across the hall. “I said, she's not the one.”
