“She’s been going to Central Shore,” Gray answered. Enzo winced.
“Have you considered taking her to the Cancer Treatment Center at Central Jersey Medical Center in Trenton? They used to be St. Mary’s. St. Mary’s bought and renamed Central Shore a few months ago. I’m on the board and we’re still trying to bring the new Central Shore—Central Jersey Medical Center-Asbury Park up to speed. They have the latest equipment and protocols at CJMC-Trenton. I’m sitting on the board of CJMC-Asbury, and our cancer treatment center has a long way to go before it’s world class like our sister hospital.”
Gray rubbed his chin. “Do you think she’d have a better shot in Trenton?”
