The commercial construction bidding conference was for investors to bid on the list of projects Delcan wanted to develop at Greenhill Village. Declan thought about it for a brief moment. There was no problem with Greenhill Village's short-term planning. The farmhouses, fishing, and harvesting activities were enough to make up for a day or two days of travelling for tourists from the surrounding cities. Coming after that should be a long-term plan. Declan was suave and generous with his fortune. So since he was going to develop the village, he decided to go all out and plan everything. There was going to be a resort hotel, a water amusement park at Blue Lake and an enhancement to the vantage view for Greenhill's scenery. If possible, Declan wanted to build a theme park as well.
