Hayes did not know what Declan was plotting. He nodded and said, "Yes you may. Your remaining rental years from your family's current land can be transferred to that land. You can continue to pay the same price and extend the contract time. I'll even give you a discount."
Declan said, "Okay, give me the wastelands, the lake and the mountain. What do you think?"
