"It's over! It's all over! Without the funding, all of the association's operations are going to stop!" Carson exclaimed, his face terror-stricken.
"It always boils down to Declan Lin! How could Stephen and Greyson terminate our cooperation just because of Declan?" Porter could not, for the life of him, figure it out.
Then, Harvey got up from his seat and announced to Keon with a sigh, "Keon, you let me down big time. You all are on your own from now on."
With that, Harvey left too. Carson, Porter, and Keon were the only ones who remained in the room as they gawked at each other with dazed, wide eyes. They did not know that asking Todd to revoke Declan's medical practice license would snowball into so much trouble.
"How are we supposed to explain to the president?" Keon asked
