Sierra’s POV
“He rejected you?!” Tanya gasped in disbelief. As the numbness spread through me, I didn’t even flinch at the word rejection. I guess I haven’t gotten used to the idea yet. Would I ever?
“Tell me you are joking!” Ethan begged me, and I looked at my twin without replying.
“Oh Goddess! He really did! Why?! I can’t make sense of this!” Ethan rubbed his eyes. Then he gritted his teeth and turned towards the door.
“I will kill that bastard! No one messes with my sister and gets away with it. Not even him!”
“Ethan, wait! You can’t do anything to him! He is an Alpha, for crying out loud! If you even touch him, it will be a war between our packs. We don’t want that now when the Dragon King is almost about to make his move, do we?” Tanya called out, her eyes wide in desperation.
