Disney Johnson; I couldn't believe that was Charlotte's real name. Realizing that she was Jake's sister and had kept her identity from me, did not hurt as much as hearing her admit that I no longer meant anything to her.
Charlotte used to love me so much that I could tell she lived only for the moments I spent with her. How could such deep feelings suddenly disappear?
