The second Axel got on his feet, I knew trouble was brewing, and as much as I preferred to stay in the background, he left me no other choice because Asher was careless. But I wasn’t surprised. It was exactly who he was.
I found myself caring to cover his tracks because somehow, I didn’t want Axel to find out about the strange girl too.
As Axel’s question hung in the air, I got off the couch, practically pushing the girl on my legs off, as I made my way to my brothers.
“He went to Greenwood, what did you expect brother?” A deep chuckle escaped from my throat as I turned to my eyes between them. “Of course, he played around with some of their women, which explains why he is so tired that he is refusing a good fuck.”
