When Pluto knows that the Brunhild thinks that there’s a hidden organization supporting him, he knows that he could use it as a protective halo. At least until he has enough power on his own to protect himself. Or, he can make that illusion of having a backer as reality as making fake information to give a buffer time for himself. He also now starting to get the urgency to increase his force and more importantly to look for his father. There’s a lot of things that could be solved if he meets with his father.
