Teo supressed the growl that was building in his chest, no warrior knew what the hell was going on, so someone somewhere had opened their mouths, and looking at the sheepish look on Juan’s face, it did not take a genius to work out who.
Clasping Phoenix’s hand tighter in his, Teo looked Alpha Franco in the eye.
“My mate had a family bereavement; therefore, I had no time to inform you before we left. You were going to be my first call today, but I see the rumour mill has already informed you,” Teo began, he was not apologising for putting his mates needs before informing the council.
