The thumping of music resonated through Phoenix’s body, matching the quickening of her heart as she walked across the floor avoiding the shards of broken glass, her feet slightly sticking to the carpet. The smell of stale alcohol was almost overpowering, a small fight between two omega wolves in the far corner was playing out, a girl dressed in nothing more than a thong and pair of n****e tassels stuck in the middle. Phoenix gasped slightly as the working-girl made no attempt to get free from the situation, just held up her hands to both, then whispered in their ears, before taking hold of each of their hands and led them up a narrow staircase disappearing with them both into a room closing the door behind them.
