Chloe handed a cup of tea and some biscuits to Alberto, as he sat recovering from his life-threatening injury.
“How’s it going Berto?” Chloe asked. Although she had the vision this would be okay, she still could not shake the anxiousness any mother would have if their child was in the midst of battle.
“It had just begun. I believe the ninja attack has worked well, and the international student wolves have joined in to fight as well.” Alberto smiled at the queen.
“Okay, so I am giving you an option, as we do with all healed wolves. Would you like to go back to the battle, or remain in the pack with your pups until it is over?” Chloe asked with a soft smile.
