“Do you think I know you already even before?”
His intense eyes stare back at me as if he is trying to confuse me from the obvious question. I teared my eyes away from him and looked at the photo he took from the cabinet to scan it. It was familiar and a blurred memory came to mind.
It is a photo of three young boys with the two tall ones arms placed on the little guy’s shoulder in between them. The three of them are dressed nicely in polo shirts and shorts with their hair styled in that straight layered cut with fringe. The little guy in between has a car toy on his hand while staring down at it like a curious kid is like while the two tall ones are looking straight in the camera with a wide smile on.
