Ava waited until Sebastian walked away before going into the library. When she got in, she was shocked to see one of the maids leaning on the wall with her head bowed. She had no idea who it was and from the look of things, she had a lot on her mind. Ava decided that it would be best to let her be and just carry on with her activity.
She was about moving when the lady shook, noticing that there was someone else in the room. When she raised her head, Ava was shocked to see that it was Sandra.
She was about asking her why she was sitting and not doing her chores but, she noticed the tears and sadness in her eyes.
“A-ava.” Sandra quickly stood to her feet and hurried out of the library. She wasn’t sure she would be able to stay in there same space with Ava.
“Is everything okay?” Ava asked
