Sebastian left his office and drove for a few minutes before he arrived at the palace. He was holding on to Edwin's word and was going to try healing her with his power.
“Why are you back so early?” Ava asked as soon as she saw him enter the room. Isabelle had just stepped out of the room so, Ava was alone and reading a book. Sebastian have her no reply and just hugged her, inhaling her scent.
“How do I miss you even after spending hours with you?” He pulled away from the hug and kissed her forehead.
“Because you love me. Isn't that obvious?” Ava replied with a proud smile.
“That's right. I am in love with you. I am so in love that I do not want to think about what my life would look like without you in it.” Sebastian held her face and made sure that she was listening to him.
